My name is Joy Kulcsar and I am the editor of this site. I live in the Canadian
prairies with my family. Since I first became a mom in 1997, I have tried to
find a way to be able to stay at home to take care of my family and home.
Unfortunately that hasn't been possible, until now.
For the past year and a half, I have been staying at home taking care of my home
and family. I found that my mornings were quite full, but the afternoons were
less active. So the decision was made to adopt a puppy.
It took a few months to find the right one for our family. I was even beginning
to wonder if we were going to find one at all. Then I found a rescue shelter
that had plenty of puppies. So we drove for 2 hours to go and have a look at
her, only to realize that she was the one we were looking for.
I have had many different breeds, and sizes of dogs while I was growing up so I
knew that handling a dog was not going to be too difficult to do. But I had
never really trained a dog before. I knew that I didn't want to pay someone else
to train my dog for me, so I began doing some research and found the program
that was right for me and my dog.
This website, based on Dog Training, is the first website I have ever built. I
had a lot of fun learning everything about building this site and I hope that
you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed building it.
